TCL has a ban list on the site. But I think it's only names and no IP numbers. The IP from Trunks is posted in the CPL forum. He is Dutch ,but I don't think you can trust IP numbers. Many people change provider when they can make a deal with it. Just ask for past clans and ask around for info about ...
