There were about 450 errors, now 258 left.
And if we choice to let our page be compatible with XML 1.1 then you get more then 1000 errors

thx wolf for work out the errors & trying to fix these, i didnt got the time to fix all code errors when i was building up the site , i worked fast to bring the site on as you know, and my main prioritys was the security & functionality of site.. now the main site is done & we can fix all those errors step-by-step. ya the validation shows code erros for sure - but you wont see these errors when you surf on our site...so i decided to first put the new site on & then we can fix all these more or less visible errors. but the good thing is we didnt get hacked by some nukers script-kiddies yet cuz i tried to make the site as secure as i can (security is always a fight).

just important for browser compatibility
and if you use all features of html the site works just better
